Placement is the acid test for any professional training institution. With more and more blue chip companies making a baseline for GNKITMS students.

GNKITMS has a Central Training and Placement Cell, which is housed in the MCA Block. It is headed by Mr. Simarpreet Singh Gulati (sgulati21@gmail.com), Lecturer and Head, Training and Placement, Department of Computer Science and Applications, GNKITMS (MCA), Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. The GNKITMS Central Training and Placement Cell collects data pertaining to Job Vacancies and matches them with the students data (which is already feeded in the computers).GNKITMS is targeted towards Training and Placement of MCA students through conducting and participating in various Campus, Joint Campus and Off Campus Recruitment Drives so that the GNKITMS students are placed well in advance in top leading IT companies. GNKITMS has conducted various activities like Joint Campus Recruitment Drives of top IT companies like Daffodil Software Ltd., Gurgaon and Campus Placements of various IT companies like Core Database Systems Pvt Ltd., Chandigarh. Right from the beginning the placement activities are going on at GNKITMS. Some significant GNKITMS Training and Placement activities being conducted by GNKITMS Training and Placement Cell at regular intervals include GNKITMS IT Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions, Extempore, Mock Interviews, Brainstorming Sessions, Industrial Visits and these activities are being conducted with the sole motive of preparing the students for various top IT company test and interviews and facing the competitive world. We are pleased to announce that all our previous batch GNKITMS students have been placed in various well reputed IT companies.

The institute has a placement programme to provide guidance and assistance to the students in securing suitable positions in both IT service and IT industrial sectors. The placement brochure comprising information about the participants, particularly in respect of educational qualification and other specific achievements would be sent to major firms and other related organizations in the public and private sectors. The organizations would be invited to hold a pre-placement talk and interviews in the campus. Preliminary talk regarding the above matter has already been done with several companies.
